- Check-in between 02:00 PM and 08:00 PM – Early arrivals and late check-in by prior arrangement only.
- Check-out by 10:00 AM
- A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge secures a reservation. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed to and confirmed in writing by On Site.
- A confirmation will be forwarded once a reservation has been made – Only once a signed confirmation is returned to us together with the proof of payment of the 50% deposit, your booking is firm.
- A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit is not received.
